2. Description of Service
EZCivic provides bilingual study tools, practice exams, and AI-powered guidance to help users prepare for the US Citizenship (Naturalization) Test. The Service is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee any outcome on the actual USCIS exam.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid features are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
USCIS civics test questions are US government works in the public domain. All other content, including translations, explanations, and AI-generated materials, is owned by EZCivic or its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
